Do you cover Virgil and St. Davids, or just Old Town?
All of it. Virgil, Old Town, St. Davids, Queenston, Glendale and the rural addresses in between — if it is a Niagara-on-the-Lake address, we can quote it.
Routes are capped, so the honest version is: the whole town, until the routes fill.
My laneway is long. Is that a problem?
Not at all — a lot of NOTL drives are. It just changes the price, not whether we will take it on.
Pick the closest option under driveway size on the form, or choose "4+ cars or a long laneway" and add the detail in the message box. We would rather quote it properly than guess.
I go south for part of the winter. Is that a problem?
No, and it is worth telling us when you book — there is a checkbox on the form.
An unshovelled driveway in January is a fairly loud announcement that nobody is home. We keep yours cleared and looking lived-in while you are away, and the contract runs whether you are here or not.
Do you salt or apply de-icer?
No — not on any property this season. We clear snow only.
If salting matters to you, that is worth knowing before you book rather than after.
Can I book you storm by storm instead of for the season?
No. Seasonal contracts only this year.
Holding your spot for the whole winter is what lets us plan a route that reaches the rural addresses as well as the town ones. A list that changes storm by storm is a list where somebody at the end of a long laneway gets missed.
