Which parts of St. Catharines do you cover?
Anywhere with a St. Catharines address — Port Dalhousie, the North End, Old Glenridge, the Brock streets below the university (Masterson, Marsdale, Riverview, Valerie, Woodside and Allandale), Facer, Western Hill, Glenridge, Merritton, Vansickle, Martindale and everything in between.
Routes are capped, though, so the honest answer is that we cover the whole city until the routes fill.
Do you clear the ridge the city plow leaves at the end of my driveway?
Yes, and it is included rather than an extra.
For most St. Catharines driveways it is the whole problem. The drive itself is manageable; the compacted windrow the municipal plow leaves behind it is not.
I'm just over the line in Thorold. Can you do mine too?
Not for snow this season. Our 2026/27 snow routes are St. Catharines and Niagara-on-the-Lake only.
We do look after lawns in Thorold, Niagara Falls, Welland, Fonthill and Jordan — snow is the one service that stops at the two-city line. We would rather say so now than take your details and turn you down in November.
Do you salt or apply de-icer?
No — not on any property this season. We clear snow only.

Can I call you after a big storm instead of signing up for the winter?
No. Seasonal contracts only this year.
Holding your spot for the whole winter is what lets us plan a route and actually reach everyone on it. A list that changes storm by storm is a list where somebody gets missed.
