What a fall cleanup covers in Jordan
Leaves off the lawn and out of the beds, perennials and grasses cut back, gutters and downspouts emptied, and everything gone on our truck. The same four things on every property, whether it's a village lot in Jordan or an acre on the bench with a long drive.
The reason to do all four at once is what you find in April. Beds left under wet leaves come out of winter as a mat. Gutters left full overflow and freeze. Out here, where a lot can be big enough that nobody walks the whole thing between November and March, the fall visit is the one that decides how the spring goes.
Why Jordan lots are their own kind of cleanup
Two things make Jordan different from the towns east of it. The first is the land. Jordan sits in the Town of Lincoln, on and below the escarpment, between the specialty-crop land the Town's Official Plan protects and the Twenty Valley itself. Lots run bigger than a city subdivision, driveways run longer, and a property on the bench can have mature trees on one side and open ground on the other. That's a longer job than the same house would be in St. Catharines, and it's why we quote after looking rather than off a list.
The second is where the leaves can go. Lincoln is on Niagara Region's collection: weekly leaf and yard waste, all year, no bag limit, paper or certified-compostable bags only, at the curb by 7 a.m. Branch bundles only go on the truck for four weeks in the fall, 26 October to 20 November this year, tied and under 22.7 kg. Lincoln residents can also drop yard waste at the Region's Niagara Road 12 depot in West Lincoln — a trip that a bench lot can fill several times over. Our haul-away means you don't make it. When we do it in Jordan, and how to book
Once the leaves are down, which on the bench can run into late November. Large lots with a mix of early and late trees are usually two visits; a village lot with one big drop is one. We tell you which when we quote, and the quote covers it.

Do you cover Jordan Station and the bench, or just the village?
Jordan Village, Jordan Station, Jordan Harbour and the Twenty Valley bench, all of it. Jordan is the western edge of where we work, so if you're further along the lake in Vineland or Beamsville, ask — we'll tell you straight whether we can fit it.
My lot is big, with a long driveway. Can you handle it?
Yes. It's a bigger quote and often two visits, and we say so up front rather than pricing it like a subdivision lot and surprising you on the day.
Do you take the leaves away?
Yes. Haul-away is part of every cleanup — no paper bags, no bundles at the curb, no trip to the Niagara Road 12 depot.
Do you do snow removal in Jordan too?
No, not this winter. Our 2026/27 snow routes cover St. Catharines and Niagara-on-the-Lake only. Cleanups, lawns and fences in Jordan, yes; snow, not yet.
Do you spray for weeds or apply anything while you're there?
A cleanup doesn't include spraying or treatments. It's leaves, beds, cut-backs, gutters and haul-away. Feeding the lawn is a separate service, the fertilizer program.
Is there a booking cut-off?
